Comedian and advocate, Teacher Kwadwo has suggested that managers of Ghana’s education sector should be prevented from sending their kids to private school, an action he believes will raise the standard of public school.
Teacher who has been on a campaign dubbed #FixGES and recently lost his job as a teacher when Ghana Education Service fired him said if all ministers and stakeholders of education were forced to take their children to public schools, they would solve the problems associated with the sector.
Speaking in an interview on XYZ, he said the managers of education do not care about the state of public schools because their children are not part of it and so do not feel the pain of the nature of deprivation in the public schools.
